Delivery, Training & User Acceptance

Pre-Configured to Customer Requirements
M2’s service teams pre-configure and test all devices to customers’ requirements, prior to delivery and installation on-site, to keep disruption and user downtime to a minimum during installation.
Training – Hardware & Software
M2 offer general user training during deployment, plus advanced training sessions to super users to allow them to assist end-users and rectify simple device faults.
User guides are available and refresher training is offered throughout the term of the contract via the M2 Service Desk. Technical training will cover all aspects of M2’s service and support.
Print Policy Definition
M2 recommend the application of a print policy as a critical success factor to ensure consistency and encourage user acceptance throughout the business.
We will organise group meetings with your stakeholders to discuss the solution and define the policies that need to be implemented to ensure successful transition.
