The ICS awards showcase organisations who place the customer experience at the heart of their business strategy and build a sustainable culture of customer service.

M2 has been shortlisted for the Employee Engagement Strategy Award at The Institute of Customer Service’s (ICS) UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2017. The ICS awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Entries are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.


The Employee Engagement Strategy Award is open to any organisation that has successfully improved performance and customer satisfaction as a direct result of its employee engagement strategy.

Entrants are required to demonstrate a cohesive strategy with a clear purpose behind its implementation, a comprehensive communication policy and a positive relationship between management and staff.

The judges are set to review all finalists’ entries and reach their collective decisions over the coming weeks. Winners will be announced on the 7th March 2017 during an awards ceremony that takes place alongside the Institute’s industry-leading Annual Conference.
